Signing in

If you can't sign in, try the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page first. Your agency's administrator manages who has access and what role they have. If you're not sure who that is, ask your program manager or email us.

Billing

Nothing is for sale today. When agencies subscribe, the administrator will manage the subscription from Agency Settings in the app, and our Terms of Service cover billing, refunds and cancellation. If a charge ever looks wrong, email us and we'll fix it.

Privacy and client information

How we handle information is in our Privacy Policy, and our FAQ covers HIPAA and how client information is protected. Privacy requests can go to either address above.
